Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the camp5 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. camp5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly during your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. camp5 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the camp5 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.
Platform Usage Rules
Camp5 platform users agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Transferring or selling your account to another party
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity in connection with the use of the platform
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any existing balance, depending on the severity of the breach.
Camp5's Rights Over Problematic Accounts
Camp5 reserves the right at any time to:
- Temporarily suspending an account for investigation purposes
- Permanently closing an account due to a terms violation
- Placing a hold on account balances pending further investigation
- Reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the camp5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and all deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in MYR.
Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and bank transfers via FPX. camp5 does not store users' credit or debit card information directly — all payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the camp5 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

All content on the camp5 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of camp5 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The camp5 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. camp5 is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Amendments & Governing Law
Camp5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the most current version of the terms.
All disputes arising from or relating to the use of the camp5 platform and these terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
